As eBay announces its intention of buying Skype for $2.6bn, Ross Mayfield - who began his career in the non-profit sector with the U.S.-Baltic Foundation and served as an advisor to the Office of the Estonian President - visits Skype Estonia, and examines the history of the company and the product.
